BE KIND TO YOURSELF
Today’s Task: You’ve spent the past 30 days focusing on others. That is awesome. Truly. I’m so deeply impressed and proud of you. It’s important to remember to be kind to yourself too. After a month of this challenge, you deserve it! Today spend some time being kind to your body. Get plenty of sleep. Drink lots of water. Get a pedicure or a massage. Treat yourself and decompress.
WHAT IT WILL TEACH YOU:
That you are deserving of kindness. Because you are. So don’t be hard on yourself. Love your body and be good to it. Notice your strengths and use them wisely. Celebrate yourself. Be proud of yourself. Let yourself rest, laugh, and eat your favorite treat. Be kind to YOU!
